$3.17 feels so good.

Until you realize you put $20 in every two days :/

Every two days? What do you drive that gets like 3 miles to the gallon?

I tend to fill up once a week commuting 60 miles a day round trip.

About $7.30 here in Germany.

Didn't have to buy a gas a single time this year, so I'm not directly affected but the stupid German Rail just bumped all it's prices by 5%  :-\

It's such a racket. The US has so much gasoline that it's exporting it. It's not a supply issue.

A barrel of oil changes hands 35 times before it hits the refinery. Why?

It's more of an issue with the weakness of the dollar than the lack of supply, which as you pointed out, isnt really a problem.
