No, even better, it's done by the makers of Super Taxi Driver 2006 and Calvin Tucker's Farm Animal Racing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team6_Game_Studios) for the Wii!

It's the same developers as the Wii version, looks like an upscaled port.

I watched the preview they have on steam last night when I saw it on the storefront...looks pretty meh. will not buy at full price.
