Has anyone dealt with this shit before? I figured I'd ask here before completely giving up and just doing a full system restore.

Is it one of those "lol, u have a virus, pay us money to get rid of it" viruses? Those suck balls. Basically try to find all the offending EXEs (go into Task Manager and look for anything wierd), go into safe mode and delete them. Then run Spybot Search & Destroy, HijackThis, and whatever anti-virus program you have (or download Microsoft Security Essentials and run it if you don't have one) a couple of times until everything looks clean.

Run malwarebytes in safe mode, with your router disconnected.

I dealt with the XP Security 2012 virus on my mom's computer recently using these directions as well, which target offending/suspicious EXEs

Thanks guys, but I got pissed and did a system restore to a previous date (like 3 days ago) right after making this thread. That did the trick. :lol

It was exactly how you both described though. I kept closing them in task manager, but they somehow shutdown my antivirus and spyware programs completely so i couldn't run them afterward. Anytime I tried to open one of them, the virus would pop up.
