Puffy was and is a fucking idiot.True that. Also Biggie is fucking overrated cause he's a corpse, anybody can shit out two decent records but who knows if he could've kept it going.
Biggie was already seeing a drop off in Life After Death.Illmatic is sooo good. :bow
Ready to Die is good, but I'd rather listen to Me Against The World or Illmatic or any other big 94 rap album

everybody heard that song nicca
All the stuff around now just seems really stale, and treading water creatively.
I miss the 90s rap too, it was just such an amazing time, Niggamortis, Liquid Swords, Only Built 4, Ready To Die. All the stuff around now just seems really stale, and treading water creatively. Plus the lyrical skill shewn in that decade has never been bettered, and still sounds really zingy and fresh.
I never really got the Tupac love though, he seemed to be all about attitude, and not about actual talent, Smalls had word-smithery in spades, but I guess was fat. I watched Notorious a few years back, and was actually pretty surprised at how watchable it was, although there was a certain amount of rose-tinting, but that's a mandatory thing. Also people forget that Pff Daddy produced Ready To Die, which shows that he wasn't just cresting on Wallaces success wave.
The only thing they have in common is that they were both sodomised in prison.
Btw Londis, what's your favourite hot beverage?
Yes. Tupac was a classically trained actor in Baltimore before becoming known as a rapper / poet. He also did some actual playwriting on the side. His first produced work, The Two Niccas of Inglewood, was greeted with somewhat mixed reviews as it features cross dressing and really broad comedy. His other notable works include; Them Happy Bitches in Windsor Terrace is an almost Tyler Perry look at middle class contemporary Brooklyn life, Bar for Bar which is about intrigue and drama at a record label, and The Bodega Owner of Venice Beach even though it has a famously troubled portrayal of a Jewish banker.

Very off-topic type of question but my fav would be green tea.Yes. Tupac was a classically trained actor in Baltimore before becoming known as a rapper / poet. lol imagine me trying not to laugh in the girls face when she said that to me.
somebody ghost wrote a great verse for an already great song, while everything on her albums is pop shit with braindead wacky and stupid lyrics
