But have you tried another carrier?

A lot of people got onto AT&T because it was the most popular carrier and never really gave a hoot to see how other networks compare.

In my area, the reception is always shit and it even dropped calls occasionally. 6 months ago, we switched to Sprint and are paying less for 4 smartphones with unlimited data plans, then we did on AT&T for 4 dumb phones that had no data plans.

And the call quality is better too.

There was about a week long period where there was an issue with the towers, but that's about it. I wouldn't blame that on AT&T per se, because hardware issues happen. I'd like a little more versatility with the plans, but what are you gonna do there.

I'm usually averaging 5 GB a month. The past few days have been slow I guess due to being a new term.
