Title: Help MAF with Persona

Playing Persona 1 PSP.

How many personas per dork am I supposed to have by the time I arrive at the alternate world? I got there ok but the random enemies there when the girl in black first appears are kicking my ass (e.g. toilets casting instadeath spells) am I supposed to chance being able to stun/silence them or talk my way out of fighting them? I go to the velvet room a few times but there's never anything for me to work with to make new personas. The store also only has health items so far- which is annoying.

I just stuck with one and kept giving them stronger persona as the game went on. It's a pretty easy game, enemies are insanely weak to Guns. The minute you can get Gozu-Tennoh, immediately give it to someone (I gave it to Mark) for Megidola, many enemies are weak to it as well.

I guess im just not grasping how im supposed to use the velvet room in this one- ill give it another look; ill fuck around with the formation too as you've suggested. 3 toilets rapid firing instakill spell = nooooo!

You get Persona cards by talking to them, only certain answers give you cards. Then you merge them into stronger Persona. You have to be certain level in order to actually use that Persona, though. It tells you what ones you can use.

Just talk to any new enemy you see, until you figure out the correct response. Then occasionally stop at Velvet Room and see what new guys you can make. For the toilet monsters, you can probably talk to them and make them run away.

Some monsters like zombies and such don't allow talking.
