I don't think always is the right word, the process that turned her from skinny xtina to thick xtina caused to be a bloated (likely from booze) mess. Looks like she's living healthy now, just ~50 pounds heavier.

I agree, it has been about 2-3 months since that incident where tanning spray was running down her leg. A lot could happen between then (when she was looking chunky) and now.
