Shishido's cheeks are so distracting.  They kinda lend to the hallucinatory tone of Branded to Kill.

I think I watched a bit of Branded To Kill on tv last night, Seagal looks shockingly plump, he was basically poured into the suit he wore in the bit I saw.

Youth of the Beast and Branded to Kill are pretty awesome. Pistol Opera is kind of meh.

I think I'd put Youth of the Beast over Branded to Kill, but it's been many moons since I've seen either so I really couldn't tell you why I think that.

Tokyo Drifter works better as an actual movie, Branded to Kill works better as an extended comedy sketch.
great music in both.  Love TD's ending.

TD's final scenes are where the movie is strongest, no doubt
