Those couple McCartney songs in the middle of Revolver knock it down considerably.  Everybody else is killing it and he drops in two of the most awful, saccharin pop numbers he's ever written.  Though that's not exactly a problem unique to that album—he did his damnedest to tarnish every one of them, but without so much success.

George is the best Beatle, While My Guitar Gently Weeps is my favorite Beatles song.  Don't think I could objectively say it's "the best" but I love it more than anything else.

Paul is only not the worse Beatle because Ringo exists.  I do have an inexplicable soft spot for "Let it Be", though.  The song, not the album.

Not to mention, the entire Wings catalog is a crime against humanity.  It's glaringly obvious that Paul needed John in order to write good songs; the reverse is in no way true.

Paul doesn't suck-suck; he has an incredible ear, but a tendency to be unbearably corny.  Most of the time it comes together remarkably well in spite of itself, occasionally it's a crime against the nature of sound.

Beatles-era, speaking, of course—I haven't ever been able to sit through a full album of Wings songs.

I haven't heard much of Paul's solo stuff, admittedly, outside of the self titled album which is damn good

Lennon had a lot of really average stuff too. I'd argue Paul's solo work was more consistent but Lennon's had higher peaks (probably the same for Harrison too).

After listening to all the 2009 remasters, my hate for Paul drastically lessened.  I still despise him as a songwriter in their later years, but you can't deny he wrote some great pop hits in their early years.  Not to mention he might be one of the most underrated bassists in rock history.  Seriously, listen to some of his riffs, they're fucking GREAT.

All Things Must Pass isn't even georges best album. Cloud 9 >>>>>>>>>>>> All Things Must Pass. Hell i'd say Traveling Wilburys Volume 1 is better than that also.
