The internets are on the case
In all crimes it is critical to "follow the money" and determine how and where that the criminal earned his money in order to finance his crimes.
I am perplexed by how Luka has been able to finance his lifestyle and earn enough money to travel internationally and fuel his lifestyle.
For full disclosure, I have some close friends who in the past have been prominent in gay pornography; others who in the past had been escorts; and, others whose past included working as strippers at gay clubs. These individuals, all more attractive and successful in their industry than Luka, never had the funds to live a "high society" lifestyle unless their travel was being financed by a "john", nightclub or pornography company.
This makes me wonder: How is Luka financing his travel and escape? Where is the money coming from? Might he have accomplice(s) in the community of underground extreme pornography secretly financing his crimes?

It's interesting that the murder is stated to have happened on May 24th and planned quite some time in advance. Canada celebrates the birthday of Queen Victoria on this day (or close to it) and LM was in Britain over Christmas holidays. The current Queen has many jubilee celebrations underway - possibly putting her in many public places more frequently than usual.
Trust her security has doubled but doubt he could plan anything on such a grand scale - but he might fancy himself as a Mehmet Ali Agca who shot and wounded Pope John Paul II.
