Jesus Christ. Four of the same franchise in one gen is too much. People are going to be burned the fuck out.

This is a long ass gen though. Halo's going to be up to four releases too.
-
Gears 4 isn't surprising. It'd be disappointing if Epic is working on it, but even more if People Can Fly wastes their talents on it.

hey, Assassin's Creed 5 looks pretty good!

Even Naughty Dog understands this and they moved on to TLOU from Uncharted.
There have been four uncharted games tho. Yeah, one was by another team - but so is this game apparently.

Had enough of Gears for this gen.

Isn't this Bulletstorm 2 w/Gears character branding?
Could be cool. Everyone liked Bulletstorm.

I don't think most people counted ODST as Halo proper. So it would be Halo 3, Halo Reach and Halo 4. But if we're counting spin offs then also count the anniversary of Halo:CE. 5! But I'm pretty damn burnt out on Halo too

Gears 1 was literally the only one I needed to play. Fucked around with the other two for a few hours and was :zzz the entire time.
Most overrated franchise this generation.

Bulletstorm developer People Can Fly is working on the new Gears of War title teased last night.
That's according to Epic Games president Mike Capps, who spilled the beans via his Twitter account.
"Do I detect People Can Fly involvement? YES YES YES!" Capps wrote, in response to a question aimed at Bulletstorm creative director Adrian Chmielarz.
"I detect Epic PR team's heart attack," Chmielarz quipped. That message was then deleted.

Baird, Cole, Garron, and Sofia -- the four members of Gears of War: Judgment's Kilo Squad -- have been "charged for treason because they didn't follow orders, stole equipment, and their actions could end up killing millions of people they swore to protect," an anonymous source told IGN.
This is the premise of Judgment, and the crux of the trailer debuting at Microsoft's E3 press conference on Monday, June 4, where we'll learn officially that the next Gears of War is a prequel to the first game.

Cool bro
20 years from now we are going to look back at this age of gaming and collectively shake our heads

Can't wait for the uber melancholic commercial featuring 'Losing my Religion'

So they are kinda doing the Bulletstorm story again
-
Spent way too much time on Gears 3 Horde mode with random crazy hardcore hordemode players in Japan.
-
A new Gears game is good, having handsome Baird in the center of it is even better :heart

20 years from now? I am already shaking my head.
-
Cliffy B's twitter has no mention of any of this. Gonna say fake.
