Forza: Halo of War

But is it 60FPS?
-
Well, at least it isn't another boring simulator.
-
Open World?
Might be the first Forza I enjoy.

Burnout Paradise didnt turn out so well imo

I've always thought they've done a great job with this series (Forza 4 is great) so I'm open to this.

Paradise is awesome. Forza is ok but it falls into a middleground between sim and arcade racer that I find pretty dull.

Yeah, Paradise is the best racing game this generation.
It's been fairly well documented that I don't enjoy GT/Forza that much even though I'm a huge racing game fan. Making it open world so I can just cruise around and explore is very appealing to me.
