Title: New Home Wireless Router

So, my family's old router that I bought for them a couple years ago is complete garbage now. While looking up new ones, I see that there are now AC routers as the new thing. Are the worth it? Or should I settle for an decent N router.

In case this matters, we have about 4 laptops, 2 360s, and 1 ps3 that are all using the wireless router

a decent n router is fine. i believe the current mid-range linksys/cisco home routers are good.
