only this so far
But Variety has learned that WBIE is expected to reteam some of the characters in some form for the next installment in Rocksteady Studios' gritty vidgame series that began with "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Arkham City."
New, highly stylized title is being developed as a prequel that revolves around Batman's first meeting with the Joker. It's based on the Silver Age of DC's comicbooks from the 1950s when the Caped Crusader teamed with other heroes like Superman and founded the Justice League of America.
inevitable boss battle against superman :punch

R. Hand -> "Kryptonite Ring"

Hmm...definitely not the way I thought they'd go, but I got a lot of faith in Rocksteady that they'll be able to make something really good out of this.

so a dark over-sexualized silver age?
-
I could actually imagine some sort of jsrf type of thing with the next RSS Batman game. You could actually incorporate the wiiu's retardo-pad to act as some sort of gps, while you use the game pad pro for serious business.

I hope it has Julie Newmar Catwoman in it. :drool

If only. I'd buy nostalgia DLC to add "WHAM! POW! BISH!" and a painted mustache on Joker.
-
I don't care what the story is; Rocksteady can't do me wrong. They're my favorite developers this gen.
-
Fuck Superman.
-
Sounds cool, I hope this means a way different art style. Not that the current very steroid infused one is exactly bad, but I wouldn't mind something different.
-
fuck yes

RIP Steampunk Batman game, you were not for this world

Gotham By Gaslight Bats was never going to see the light of day.

I wonder if the whole game will take place at night again?
I guess Superman will be the DLC character included with new purchases. But that would make no sense unless all the bad guys are armed with kryptonite bullets and fisticuffs.
