If things go well at the Cinnabon "test kitchen" outlet located in the Atlanta Cumberland Mall, choosing how to refuel (the eternal question: pizza or Cinnabon?) will be one less mall time detail to sweat. Cinnabon is expanding their product line and finally giving mall goers the food court solution they seek—The Pizzabon!
a soft doughy crust with a small patch of sauce and cheese and topping or whatever at the top. Cinnabon is helping remind everyone exactly how not to make a pizza. But will The Bore approve nometheless?

I was surprised at how much cheese and grease was soaking the bottoms of these buns. Cooked Pizzabons wait under the sneeze guard in a tray that holds a dozen at a time. As they sit, that cheese is melting... that pepperoni is oozing grease... and it's got nowhere to go but straight down the sides of the dough until it all pools around the bottom.
