idk iphone. probably apple make it too hard. but it's in your best interests. apple know what you need.
android it's in settings>language & keyboard>user dictionary.

It's nothing but racial and sexual epithets.  I've also shouted every profane word into Siri but it looks like they thought about people doing that ahead of time and often times won't recognize the word.
