Depends on who you follow. If you like Google news it's hard to beat straight from the many horses' mouths.

Bigger than LinkedIn and will soon be or already is as big as Twitter. Dem Android activation account funneling. :drool

I doubt Google will ever ditch it because it's finally given all their services a good point of entry for most users (Local building on Places, Events building on Calendar, photos building on Picasa) making it the glue that this all their stuff together into a nice package. In addition, even if Google+ totally stalls tomorrow it's still an important bargaining chip against FB or Twitter. Google's shown them they can't say "my way or the highway" and get away with it.

You can actually post whatever you want though, so you can pin manly man pics and websites. Basically just a visual version of your web Favorites list, but there is an opportunity to feel better about yourself when people repin your posts.

Post by: bork on August 20, 2012, 09:05:11 AM: There's too many social networks out there now. I finally decided to join Twitter and am wondering why I bothered...I barely check Facebook as it is and nobody uses Google+. Twitter just seems kind of annoying to keep up with.
