Title: Andrex's MYSTERIOUS NEW GAMING SITE omg

Something I've been working on the last couple days. It's basically going to be an HTML5 game store, but as a monthly service. Think Rdio (or what Zune used to be.) A couple bucks will give you unlimited access to all the games.

But that's a ways off. The open beta in a few months will be free.

A big part is the algorithm I'm working on to display games tailored to your tastes when you log in. Think of like, if Amazon and Netflix's recommendations had a baby and that baby grew up to be a gamer. I think this solves indies trying to get noticed through the "Just In" category of other stores. My site will constantly surface old games alongside new ones if it thinks you'll like them.

Anyways, looking for feedback. Tell me what you like about the idea, and also why it won't work.

That's one of the minigames, yeah. Think of it like a 2D platforming Shenmue that isn't garbage.

The bowling alley was a candlepin alley, something none of us had ever played before. It was really interesting. It reminded me more of a lawn game than actual bowling.

Yeah it's a pretty cool twist on the game. Much harder to rack up a high score though, but that goes for your opponents too.
