-Rammbock: Berlin Undead. Zombie/Infected flick on a small scale, set in an apartment complex. Decent, doesn't overstay its welcome at only 62 minutes long.

- 6 Days to Air: The Making of South Park. Not as interesting as I'd hoped, but it was nice to see these guys still have terrible self-doubt and throw everything they have into each episode.

They were filming some of that show right around the corner from where I live at an old closed down Sticky Fingers Ribs restaurant. I am way past the point of watching shows/movies just to catch a glimpse of my town, though.

Just finished all six seasons of Supernatural on Netflix a few days back.  Didn't think I'd like it at first, but my friends told me to keep going.  There are some absolutely hilarious episodes that are 200% worth it.

A funnier show than its contemporary Seinfeld.

Also Hanks assistant.

The fact that Garry Shandling was boning Hank's assistant during her time on the show fills me with great confidence as a man.

I just noticed Jiro Dreams of Sushi is on Netflix, so I'm watching that tonight, accompanied by some refrigerated sushi from Wal-mart.

Walmart has sushi? And you'd eat it? Gross

I saw on a commercial on the teevee that Wal-mart replaced restaurant entrees with their own food and nobody was none the wiser.  Must be good then.

Super 8 - I liked it a lot, was a nice throwback to Spielberg flicks from the 70s and very early 80s. Was a bit surprised at how violent it was (not that I had a problem with it). I appreciated the quieter moments in it. The only complaint I really had - and this is admittedly an odd complaint - is that I wish the special effects hadn't been so...bombastic? I would have preferred a subtler tone to those parts, I guess. The tank scene especially felt like it belonged in another movie.

The House of The Devil - Enjoyable enough to keep me watching all the way through, but the buildup took what seemed like forever and the payoff was pretty silly.  Always nice to see Mary Woronov and Tom Noonan, but the second those actors pop up on a screen you know they're gonna be creepers so there weren't many surprises to be had.

Fell asleep watching deep impact. What a boring movie about the end of the world.

I can't recommend this one enough.  Probably the most pleasant surprise when stumbling around Netflix to find interesting shows I've never heard of.
