Back in the days when I was a teenager, before I had status and before I had a pager, you could find the abstract listening to hip hop, my pops used to say it reminded him of bebop, I said daddy don't you know things go in cycles, the way that Bobby Brown is just amping like Michael? It's all expected, things are for the looking, if you've got the money, Quest is for the booking.

Midnight Marauders is a fucking legend.  Low End Theory is just an amazing album.

i was listening to the love as i saw this thread. the love movement did a lot for me as a kid when it comes to music and how i see it now.
