"The Dragon Age team has been working on Dragon Age 3: Inquisition for almost two years now," said Aaryn Flynn, BioWare General Manager. "We've been poring over player feedback from past games and connecting directly with our fans. They haven't held back, so we're not either. With Dragon Age 3: Inquisition, we want to give fans what they're asking for – a great story with choices that matter, a massive world to explore, deep customization and combat that is both tactical and visceral."
Sounds like it will be better than DAO which is a huge plus.
2 is one of those games that gets worse as time passes. When I beat it orginally I just thought it was average. But looking back it soured me greatly on the franchise as a whole which is ashame.

How the fuck did you manage to keep playing afterspoiler (click to show/hide)whole mother severed head horseshit? I don't think I've ever been so fucking bored/insulted by a game's story. Like, a story can either supplement the gameplay or get in the way, and DA2's did nothing but get in the way, and the gameplay took a step back from the first anyway.[close]

I'll probably give it a go unless it looks terrible but they would have to essentially scrap most of that shit from 2 to make it decent and they still seem to think 2 wasn't a pile which it was.
