Therapist says that I overeat because it's a mild depression symptom, so the loss of appetite is a pretty change in symptoms. Thus therapist > hospital

Even when I pigged out and stopped working out for a few weeks over the holiday (that one thread bares witness) I had no problem going back... Even better, because I took a better approach over last year, I realized I didn't gain as much weight over the holidays as I first thought, took almost nothing to recover from it.

Ahhhh, feels so good to be bragging about this.

STL Bore lets have burgers this weekend then not gain weight!

Post by: brawndolicious on January 29, 2013, 06:28:01 PM: It's pretty much impossible to gain weight if you snack on nuts and non-alcoholic drinks. I always have some of those almonds with the fake teriyaki and wasabi flavoring in my bag. There's just something really good about hot and salty nuts.
