Some rumor said that Durango is planned for September.Next gen :piss2
Dear all
Today, we have an official release date to share with you: Grand Theft Auto V will arrive in stores on September 17, 2013.
We know this is about four months later than originally planned and we know that this short delay will come as a disappointment to many of you, but, trust us, it will be worth the extra time. GTAV is a massively ambitious and complex game and it simply needs a little more polish to be of the standard we and, more importantly, you require.
To all Grand Theft Auto fans, please accept our apologies for the delay, and our promise that the entire team here is working very hard to make the game all it can be. We are doing all we can to help ensure it will meet if not exceed your expectations come September – we thank you for your support and patience.
Yours,
The GTA Team

Whatever is releasing Q2 must be relieved. And whatever was planned for September must be changing their projection dates.
I wonder how conflicted Microsoft must be about this.

Well if we see Django launching with next gen graphics GTA5 in September,it will be pretty clear what happened.I doubt MS is out of the loop with this.

And if it doesn't, then T2 just don't give a fuck

Dead Island: Riptide?

Dead Island isnt really open world. Theres gonna be plenty of much better games to play than shitty GTA 5.

I would be STUNNED if it had simultaneous release; you can probably look for it to launch whenever the PC version ships.
I'm a little relieved. However, no joke, I wonder if PS3 is still giving them problems.
-
That would make more sense yeah.
I dunno why Im excited for this again, in having more fun with gta3/vc on my phone then with 4.

YAAAAAAAWN
Wake me up when SR4 ships

SR is dead no

German Koch says "no," Kosma.

My nicca. :-*

I hope Koch gives Volition as much money as they want to make SR4, as SR3 was clearly hobbled by THQ's financial troubles.
-
The cinematics were the only place it felt like corners had been cut in SR3. I'm not sure a mess of movies will improve SR's sales, but all that crap seems to help GTA, so...

Eh, I think it showed up a bit in the way that they reused a lot of sidequests from SR2 and in how they chopped off quite a bit of content to try to make more money as DLC. Either way, part of what's so good about SR is the crazy cutscenes and it was clear they had to cut back a lot in that regard with SR3, to the point where some cutscenes ended up being kinda confusing.
-
Yes, there was definitely some confusion. I think some of the dialog was also recorded, performances captured, and then some stuff was changed after that. There were a couple of sequences which just didn't make sense. I don't think it had to do with the few choices, either, since I played though both versions in different runs.
