According to the report, children of illegal immigrants make up 6.8% of children enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade.
and at this point, what would be the purpose of deporting them? Just to look tough on law enforcement?
I'll never get tired of hearing white folks who bitch about speed cameras and marijuana statutes talk about how immigration should be restricted cause hey, rules are rules, and should we really reward these people for having broken our laws?My brother has been out of work for 2 years because everyone is hiring mexicans to do the work much cheaper! How is that fair?
No wait, I'm already tired of it.
There's a perfectly good argument that a country's labor force shouldn't have to face wage competition at sub-minimum wage levels from people living within the country, but to me the policy implication there is more enforcement of minimum wage laws, not deportation. The issue with the statement is the exaggeration. It's also the implication that every job this douche bag doesn't get is because a Mexican was willing to work for less. I don't think I should really have to provide statistics for anyone to understand how absurd that is.
Instead of making it easier for europeans to come over?
Instead of making it easier for europeans to come over?
They should do both. Although according to EuroGAF, Europe is so far beyond the United States that I find it hard to believe any Europeans want to come over here at all.
I will say that it's annoying how quickly the cries of racism/xenophobia/jingoism get thrown around if you don't take the hard left stance on immigration. I can jump through a million hoops to go work in South Korea, but apparently the U.S. should unilaterally open its borders without reciprocity from any other countries. This is mainly something I've seen on other forums, not here so much. This is definitely annoying. I've had this argument with my in laws before, many of whom are/have been illegal. But I can tell you that hispanic media like ImigranteTV and Univision, etc do a great job of not actually informing their viewers. Especially when it comes to immigration law. My theory? *puts on tin foil hat* All those immigration lawyers that advertise on hispanic stations love to scare immigrants into going to them instead of filling out the paperwork themselves.
Because Mexicans smell better than Poles.
Great point. Europeans can only offer better food, art and everything else; whereas tacos, lawn-mowing, the milf in Modern Family is a need, not a luxury. Why can't we all just get along and fuck each others women :'(
It's pretty interesting the open hostility between the beaners and the blacks though.
the illegal-est immigrants of all are the whiteys
