Out now on Gamers Gate for $9. Roguelike from the Sword of the Stars developer and in the same universe. There's a demo out too if you're feeling dirtperson poor, but apparently it's pretty limited.

I've put in a bit of time on easy and it's too easy - most mobs take less than 1HP off you and there's hundreds of rounds of ammo available. Seems pretty awesome though from what I have seen. I went through a door last night that had an acid trap and it destroyed my last medkit :(

This game is on Steam now for those who may have been interested but don't like GamersGate.

Played a bit more on Normal, it certainly gets difficult around floor 10, and I'm still seeing new mob types & abilities. Might be worth farming easy for receipies but otherwise normal/hard is where it's at.

Did you play Dungeons of Dredmore? It's basically a sci-fi version of that
