Title: How do I set up a server to stream things to Android?

This is probably a stupid question, but I want to use my Nexus 7 to stream comics from my Win7 PC. What's the easiest way to set up sharing/server stuff for Android?

Just share the folders as you normally would through Windows and then connect to them with an SMB client for Android. I don't know which is best but there's a whole lot of them if you search "smb client" in the Play Store.
