You should, there's nothing quite like it. It's not really hard if you go a certain route with skills and you could probably finish it and the sidequests in 30-35hrs.

I can understand that, they removed a lot of the fear and exploration from the game by putting it into smaller islands. But I love the pirate setting and found the story much more interesting (and amusing) than the first one.
