Title: Who are the good, cheap web hosts these days?

It's been a while since I bought webspace. The ones I used in the past seem to have changed and googling "good cheap web host" does not result in anything useful. Any recommendations? I'm looking for like $5 a month.

I found them on somethingawful and they have a good rep there, you need an account to see that tho
