The second one did get translated and released by NOE, but NOA was like "Hahaha, no."

I'm sure they translated Tempest because it's like 6 hours long and has 3 characters and is a great "let's test out our Japanese skills with a fan-translation" kind of a project to get a feel for it all (and resume creds) before moving onto bigger and better things.
