No, the big difference between The Apples in Stereo and The Beatles is that AiS don't make music by AIDS victims and for AIDS victims.

By the way this song is terrible. It's like the band is trying to copy the The Rutles and Oasis while mixing some modern Brit pop.

Not by the same band, or Beatles-y, but I totally want to eat mushrooms and listen to it.  Elephant 6 bands usually rock for that sort of thing.
