Title: When will (or will) the PS3 get a price drop?

Wait for E3, etc etc?  Thinking about picking one up, mainly for streaming/blu ray playback, and I guess to play MLB the Show and whatever other bargain shit there is.  Anybody think there'll be a price drop soonish?

yeah, i'd wait

if not E3 time, surely they'll knock at least a few bucks off it to coincide with the ps4 release

Will the PS3 ever drop below $200?  Just the blu-ray drive and hard drive probably cost at least $70.

They had bundles last Xmas for $200, that really should be the price for the base model at this point. I might've gotten one last year if we hadn't replaced our fatty 360 with a slim.

The 12GB is 200ish in the EU
