Title: Techbore halp (graphics card questions)

My trusty old Radeon 5850 is on its way out and I am looking for a suitable replacement.  My budget is $100 to $150.  I just want something with similar power (if that's even possible)

It might be best to hold off for a little while if you can help it. I think Nvidia's new 700 series cards are coming out later this month.

But I wanna play Dota now.  :(

Also, I think the fan is busted so I'm trying to get an RMA with my hardware manufacturer (apparently XFX had lifetime warranties when I bought that card but cancelled that program last year).  If that fails, I'll try an aftermarket fan, and if that fails, I'll just buy a new card.
