I'm pretty sure I never agreed to be 30. 20 was okay, but this is some bullshit. Do you think Prilosec, Nexium, and a bottle of Tums would be enough to kill me? I also have a bunch of Gas-X but that's at home.

The way you train, I wouldn't be surprised if you've gotten to be 1.5-2x stronger at age 35

Crystallized intelligence (GC) doesn't really begin to decline until 60, but it doesn't increase that much from 30. At 30, everything else begins to crash.
