All over this game.  Have been patiently waiting for the English release and fighting the urge to import. 

Meanwhile to ease the wait, if you have a Vita, import One Piece Kaizoku Musou 2 (virtually identical to the PS3 version) and/or Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus (Warning: NSFW), plus One Piece 2 is coming to PSN this month IIRC.
