From their chat:
Jeff
The majority of our equipment has been removed from our shooting space and we are looking into our options there.
Jeff
We'll probably have to talk to police and stuff like that at some point. Anyway, we're looking into our options. We still have one camera left and should be able to do something. At some point.
Ironically, despite the years of being in seedy places, they get robbed the year when they were in a professional setup with a security guard.

Plus they were joking about something like that happening on the podcast before they left too :-\
Really sucks to hear :'(

Yep no show tonight.
Jeff looked fucking broken :-\
-
surely someone somewhere can step in and provide hosting?
-
Apparently gamespot is offering equipment for tomorrow.
And you would think CBSi would have equipment somewhere in LA for them to use
-
ha, and after on their last podcast they were saying that no matter what happened things would run more smoothly. tempt the universe with statements like that and she will bite back.
-
Jesus drew. There's no need to behave like a spiteful baby now is there? You obviously have a thing against fat people, you do know that for most of them it's actually a condition rather than a lifestyle choice yeah.
You're probably pro-choice, and racist though, so I guess it sortof balances out in the bigger picture scheme of things.

Jeff showing that dedication

a vid of him answering questions and his thoughts on the conferences.

That sucks. They were easily my favorite part of the past few E3s. Hopefully they can get something going tonight
Here is a Tested.com video to tie us over

Giant Bombast is out. It's the prediction show they recorded before the conferences.

Good luck downloading all those 30gig games with current US internet speed.

that's why Sony has PlayGo technology (http://www.sidhtech.com/news/sony-ps4-playgo-features/1004038/) or whatever
my understanding is that all games use PlayGo, you're just streaming from the cloud or streaming from the disc
In YosP we trust
-
Wait Mojo is back?
-
A nice touch is that you can download only single or multiplayer for some games (Killzone was used as the example)

:hump

Good luck downloading those games unless PSN gets their overall network shit sorted. It's always stunning how long it takes to download anything on PSN. My Xbox only gets about 1 megabyte per second, but the PS3 makes it look like it's siting on the NTT hub line.
-
REALLY hope Sony fixes that in ps4
-
Im pretty sure its partially cause psn is free.
Speed on psn is horrible, this needs to be fixed if they expect people to pay
-
My PSN download speeds have been well over a megabyte per second for like 2+ years now. Not sure what the deal with ya'll is.

The thing is, Xbox on a wired connection gets 3 or 4 MB/s, and anything I d/l through iTunes wirelessly comes in at 6MB/s or more. The PSN speeds are an abomination. Someone here mentioned it was down to ps3's firmware?

It's the network code or something. It's ages old or not flexible enough or something along those lines, so you can flip a coin on whether or not it will work well with your router. Again, I have no idea about the tech here, just parroting what I heard.
