Diablo 3 (I mean, I beat Diablo on Inferno, but this isn't the sort of game one "finishes")

I'm sure there's a bunch more shit I'm forgetting.  I'd have to look in my Steam library, and honestly a lot of that is old/indie stuff anyway.  This was the gen where AAA, big releases and I decided to see other people.

Guys, don't take this the wrong way... but I think I'd rather put my dick in a blender than play that many games, because most games are fucking shitty, so law of averages says you're spending a bulk of your time playing games that are fucking trash.

Hundreds of hours.  I'm spergtastic though, and will do one thing I really enjoy doing (even if it's objectively mediocre) forever if I can.

There can be no defense for the "playing" of shit like Animal Crossing or Professor Prole's Uguu Panty Patrol vol. 9 or whatever, though.

I wrote this whole long list and then had a power blip, and fuck doing that again, so I figure about 75-80 games truly "finished" since the 360 launch in 2005. Probably 2x that many started and never completed.

well, 2005 to 2013 is 8 years, so for me that's only around 10 games completed a year, and aside from RPGs most SP games average 6 hours in length, so that's not really all that much

you can spend 100s of hours playing one game like a Diablo 3 or a Skyrim, or you can spend that same amount of time playing a dozen games - it all adds up the same in the end

Tell me. Where you never tempted to branch out a bit? Maybe try something new, on a different system? World of Goo doesn't count, because you can get that on Wii as well (I believe).

But I can say this:

PC is first

PS3 is second

360 is fourth

PSP/PSV is fifth

3DS is sixth

Wii is seventh

The only games I've played and beaten on the Wii are Metroid Prime and Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (best original game on the Wii)

I think I've got 28 completed-to-full-GamerScore items on 360. I am generally more proud of the XBLA titles played to utter completion than the full-retail titles, because most developers seem to get sadistic with the 'cheevs on XBLA titles.

As for just seeing the end credits roll, I've played maybe 3 or 4 times that many, on 360. It looks like I've got like 170+ games or something in my History, but that can't be right.

I've got maybe 5 or 6 titles played TOTAL on my PS3.
