Title: Xbox One reputation system

Quote
Microsoft will do more to encourage good behaviour - and shut down the griefers. "There are industry best practices we've looked at, about giving kudos and props to people who behave well. We've learned from everything we've seen, and we're trying to take it to the next level. So there'll be very good things that happen to people that just play their games and are good participants. And you'll start to see some effects if you continue to play bad or, or harass other people en masse. You'll probably end up starting to play more with other people that are more similar to you."

You troll, you play with trolls. Xboned.

yeah, but if there's follow through this time, it's another benefit for live.  Lot of ifs.  And Max Payne 3 does it with hackers, putting them up against each other.  Treating online communities like the school from kid n play's class act is the right idea.

I'd prefer a system in which hired goons beat the shit out of random Xbox owning teenagers. The videos would be posted on youtube. We're talking about unchecked aggression here, drawing a line in the sand: across this line you do not -

Which game or system was it where griefers and cheaters were exiled into servers which only had other bad-rep players on them? I recall they had to play a mess of rounds and behave themselves before they would be released back into "general population..."

MCD, please make your own fucking Xbone thread. This isn't neogaf, we don't need a thread for every piece of news. Shut the fuck up, make a standalone Xbox One thread, and post news there. Just shut the fuck up and stop cluttering Gaming with your crappy  Microshit shilling.
