That CoD shit looks the same as the one in MW3. So no I guess. I doubt it's tech holding things back.

Apparently the rumble in ps4/bone controllers can simulate water. So here's hoping.

 Give me next gen blizzards, volcanoes and rain instead.

MGS2 and Gears 1 still got the best rains.
