Blurred Lines is the song JT wished he made instead of Suit & Tie.Suit & Tie is awful. My wife got the (first half) of the album and there's some winners on there, Mirrors is pretty great song, but on the whole JT disappointed if you ask me.
Don't get the hype about this song. It sucks. It has the stereotypical playskool Stomp! Pharrell production that drives me nuts. That shit has no kick or bite. Give me some bass, fuck that.
It's an undeniably catchy song. The question, to me at least, is whether the right person is singing it. Thick's falsetto and singing don't really cut it, and I can't help but imagine Prince or Marvin Gaye singing that perfectly. Really highlights how few notable male singers there are these days in mainstream pop and R&B.

God he's so fucking hot. That profile is close to perfect.

It's a common thing in my cof. We all just stream/watch/listen to what we want. I especially dislike radio, it's kinda dumb.Have never heard these songs, I dont watch TV or listen to radio:badass
I like Suits and Ties but Jay-Z drops it from great to okay. He literally ruins the song.
Polish? Makes sense. That brunette is close to perfect.

Some angles he's hot, others I'm just like "ew." I don't get it.

I literally just change the station when his part comes on
I find the song to be incredibly average and unmemorable. Then again, I just don't get Pharrell at all.
We should lock this dude and Timberlake in a house together and then set it on fire. And you're the one pushing that iq thread?
Robin Thicke's entire career is trying to be JT now. Kind of weird. He does a better job than JT lately IMO
I'm pretty sure you can still be sued for lifting the beat/bassline. See: The Verve
