There's even a Dead Island MOBA -- they really are cashing in on this MOBA craze. What was it before, Tower Defense? Bejeweled?

If this is a 3v3 game I'm going to pretend that they are actually putting some thought into what they are doing beyond the obvious hail mary of chasing the lol market.

Well, I was expecting a f2p mobile game so this is a (small) step above that. The KOF shmup wasn't bad...

It's like the MMO craze all over again!  I'm sure these half-assed attempts made by developers who probably don't really understand the deep mechanics of MOBA games will bring them fortunes!

Good luck getting people away from their investments in League and DOTA2!  Better be a goddamn groundbreaking game to even make them look at it.

It's a shame there isn't a MOBA inspired by one of my favorite series. I would totally try a Final Fantasy, Suikoden, Atelier, Mass Effect, etc. Get on it, lazy developers!

On the topic of the real King Of Fighters, KOF XIII on Steam is now in beta for EVERYONE.  Pre-purchase the game and start playing online!  The netcode really has been massively improved over the console versions.   :D :D :D :D
