Funny enough I was just recently thinking about picking up Undead Nightmare since I never beat it.
-
Undead Nightmare is great(once you get the hang of it).

I played like a third of it a long time ago but never finished it.

MC: LA is fucking amazing. I highly reccomend it

BULLY is 3.5 you-ess dollar. BUY IT, it is about a billion times better than GTA IV, in storytelling, game mechanics, internal consistency, and keeping it all fun as hell.
Odd that Rockstar Table Tennis isn't on sale, considering they were unloading it on XBL for $4 last year.

I'm gonna cop a Max Payne + DLC
Is the download 30 frickin gigs on Xbox?
-
The total on mine is 14GB or so. It's huge.
-
The DLC is all multi stuff right? Is the multi still populated?
-
Bully is the best shit ever. Still waiting for my sequel.
-
Table tennis is so underrated.
-
Max Payne 3 is pretty sweet. Gameplay initially seemed assy but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty slick and fun. The presentation, UI and cutscenes are mind blowingly good
Got a whoooooole bunch of DLC packs to download now
-
Yeah a lot of people didn't like it but I did. Whatever.
-
It seems pretty awesome so far. I'm looking forward to trying the multiplayer.
-
It is good stuff.
-
You have the DLC Chronovore? I'm keen to give the co-op modes a crack
-
Pass Saison, mon ami.
-
Awesome, yeah I got the Rockstar Pass myself. It was a mere $6!
-
You mean 6₣, non?

Hey, Max Payne 3 and RDR are having a triple XP weekend:

edit: Nevermind, I'm jetlagged. That was LAST weekend.
They're also pimping GTA IV multiplayer, but there's no 3x XP due to the server structure, I guess. I find, again, that I'm almost interested enough to go back and try it, despite ALL my previous experiences in it being half-assed and unsatisfying.
I mean, look at this, it looks glorious if the right group were playing:

damn! I was gonna log in for some RDR!
Anyhow I started playing Max Payne multiplayer on casual aim assist mode. Super fun! Gonna play all weekend!

Yeah a lot of people didn't like it but I did. Whatever.
Too many idiots I know played it strictly as cover shooter. And then wondered why they kept getting killed. :lol
-
I thought it was shit because of Rockstar's garbage physics engine.

The game has real mean grafix and story but gameplay seems pretty bare bones compared to more recent AAA offerings. Which is actually a good thing? I'm not sure yet. Multiplayer is fleshed out with loads of content, and the singleplayer feels gaunt in comparision.
I still haven't figured out the optimum way to play the game. Playing the game as a straight cover shooter will get you smoked, as if you pop your head out you get shot to bits, the AI is very very accurate (playing on hard). The way to play I think is to really abuse the free bullet time offered by the RB dive maneuver, pick off all your headshots and make sure you don't fuck them up! You miss, you die, basically.
I hear Hardcore Mode is pretty rough, looking forward to screaming at my TV :-\
edit: LMAO I just read about New York Minute Hardcore Mode. Apparently you are timed and have to beat the game in one sitting without dying. Wow, I'm not completing this game to full gamerscore, thats for sure.
R* are the biggest pieces of shit when it comes to cheevo design

Naw, Japanese devs have Rockstar beat, hands-down, when it comes to bullshit Achievements.
I'm in agreement about singleplayer being barebones when compared to the multi, though! Man, I don't really even want to play the singleplayer, except to find out how badly things turn out for ol' Max.
The multi, on the other hand, I keep wanting to get back to! It's a chaotic mess, particularly that office/cubicle farm map everyone favors, because you can rack up a lot of kills in a very short period of time. It's insane. I actually like the favela and boatyard maps the best, because they are more suspenseful and stalker-y.
