Title: It's funny how Nintendo advertises Wind Waker HD as some new fresh Zelda game
Post by: SantaC on August 31, 2013, 04:12:38 PM: What I seen from Wind Waker HD so far, I am not impressed. Is it even a better game now? Hell shit gimmicks and unnecessary bloom does not do it any favors. I might had bought it if they had actually put any extra playable areas in the game, but not at this sad state and getting ripped off by Nintendo.

Wind Waker is now a certified "Good" Zelda because it's not the most recent Zelda. But now that it is the most recent Zelda, everyone can go back to hating it again.

Anyways I don't think marketing it any other way would do the game's sales any favors.

Maybe it looks better in video but I'm far from impressed with the current results.

It's like the Sahara for Wii U owners and I think they would be desperate enough to pay near full price for a 10 year old game at this point.

There's also hero/hard mode available from the start. And faster/windless sailing is an item you get early on.

no new areas and dungeons. Still the same game with small islands and short dungeons.
