i don't know about you, but i find driving at night pretty rad. something about the darkness, the look of the headlights bouncing off everything, the glow of my dash (mines all red). it's just pretty cool.
maybe if you're bad at driving or have bad eye sight... thankfully i apply to neither.

I don't like it. I do all my errands and shopping at day and cave in at night.

Windy, empty roads at night with some tunes is the best way to enjoy a car.
-
Night driving is a good way to make you FEEL BOSS. I drive at night a lot, going out on Taco Bell runs and such.

Yeah. It's pretty cool.
Especially when I have some nice dark tracks playing.
-
Driving a lone road by yourself with no traffic on it at night is the best, yeah.

The only good time to drive.

one of my favorite night tracks, especially if it's raining.

love it. love the cool air, love the lights, love the lack of traffic, love how places totally change in "personality." the right soundtrack and a nice fat L can make you feel like you're cruising around on a different planet. so relaxing :pimp
Riding the motorcycle at night, especially on country roads, was terrifying. Every second it took to get home was potentially a second where a deer could dart out into the road from its shadowy ambush and kill me.
nighttime driving in the country is definitely a different story. besides animals I'm always worried about some redneck dumbass driving around shitfaced in his Chevy with his headlights off

I can't stand driving at night because its too easy to become hipnotized by the limited visual stimulation and zone out. The last thing I want to do when driving a two ton machine propelled by combustible fuel at speeds 5x the speed a human can naturally go (and is protected by evolutionarily) and surrounded by other multi-ton vehicles propelled by combustible fuel going the opposite way mere feet from me is zone out.

Day-time driving for life. I get my thrills elsewhere.
You're kind if a natural killjoy, aren't you?
I mean, you're completely right, but it is also true that night driving is about as good as it gets in a car.

Ever drive at night through West Virginia or Tennessee? Those curvy mountain highways at 70mph are fucking scary.
I just pull over to one of their dumpy motels instead.
-
It's cool until deer/camel/hobo jumps out of nowhere.
-
Get some chillwave/soundtrack music to play in the car when you do.

Jazz at night is the best

the only music to blast during a night drive

Sunday morning driving > night driving
Only when it's en route to someone else making breakfast for me at some greasy spoon.

On a starry night with a good ambient mix :aah
