I tore a Ron Paul campaign sticker off of a traffic light pole once.
It was near where I live and I was tired of seeing it everyday. :yeshrug

An older guy I worked with on a project once was telling us a story about how years ago, he and a friend were staggering around downtown Atlanta and needed to piss. They pissed on a building and he looked up and realized they were pissing on the state capitol. They decided to see how many different state capital buildings they could piss on, and I think he said they got to 37 before they got bored with it.

His congressional district HQ belongs to the people and thus is legal to micturate upon, whereas his home is his own personal property. While I may not condone your behavior as a gentleman, at least your action was more constitutional than social security.
