The game is Ni No Kuni. I downloaded 16 GB(from the PS store) and it is in the game data utility. I cant run it.
-
That's not where downloaded games go. Check the list directly under the Games section. If the game icon is surrounded by a bubble, you need to install it first.
-
Thank you i will look for that.

There is the "game" section but the game isnt there. I downloaded and installed it and it said installed and i moved my ps3 to somewhere else. Now it is in the game data utility folder. IS there anyway to recover the download or do i have to download it again?
-
Most games store something in the game data utility folder and in the save game folder, but that's not the actual game. It's supposed to be added to the bottom of your games list or inside a folder if you've pressed the square button. If it's not there then you need to download it again. Check a third time just to make sure.

I just looked it up on google. It i s a Ni No Kuni thing. I deleted the 6GB file in the past and cant get it to download only the 6GB file again. I am screwed.
-
Delete everything and start from scratch? It's not like there is a download limit.
-

So I called them up again after 3 weeks and after buying the retail version. They tell me a simple solution, to go to "view downloads" and download it form there. >.> If they told me this at the first phone call, i would have not had to buy that game again in retail. Fuck Sony support. Not buying anything online from them anymore. Meaning I will get games from the Xbox One store if I am getting the download of the game, which i do alot.
-
I thought you said you downloaded it again and it didn't work. :what
-
I deleted the whole thing and tried to download the whole thing from the Sony store. It was only downloading the 16 GB file. Not the 6 GB file.

I thought that section was there to see what was CURRENTLY downloading. Should be renamed "View Downloadables".
