As far as physical media I've always wanted to get a classic phonograph and collect classic vinyl albums. Its something I need the space and time for though so realistically it won't happen until I'm an old old dude. It's both for nostalgia reasons and actual sound reasons.
But as far as compact discs for music, that shit is over for me. I will never buy another one of those again.

I bought it for $4 last year. At Amazon, if you buy an album, you get the MP3s for free. So I pitched the CD and kept the MP3s.
