Those characters on that tv are from The Third. I can make out Angel and Bitch Shaundi. Also, Oleg.

Also someone on gaf mentioned he does a SR2 character voice, so unless they're remaking SR2 (doubt it), it's probably another DLC expansion for IV since IV features a lot of SR2 characters.

He did Dane Vogel in 2. Head of Ultor corporation.

His model and listing as a homie is in IV already. Well, in the files and crap, not the actual game.

It's hard until you figure out how to shoot down missiles.

And also you have to hop out of the helicopter once, kill the scripted incoming choppers, THEN get back in.
