I think they're excited because it makes the ps4 sound powerful by comparison. sony is fortunate that microsoft made its console even weaker.

Yeah charging $60 for a game of the year edition is pretty bad. It dosen't look any bit better then my PC version.

Also, it's not that exciting for these consoles to run a PS3/360 level game at 60fps. It's even bad that the PS4 can't hold 60fps.

I switched from Android to Apple cause the games are better too there. I really go where the games are (better).

Frankly the Bone is a slap in the face to people that made the 360 popular somewhat in Europe. Thats why I hope it crashes hard. Also the last 2/3 years MS has just been lagging in every department, XBL is lagging behind the value of PS+, Netflix behind a paywell LOL etc. No more good exclusives. Now Kinect and NFL bullshit that no one cares about. The 50hz debacle. Crappier specs and multiplats. Charging more money for what? Not launching in half of Europe. The list of Xbone fuck ups is loooong compared to last gens 360. Then you have the shit they wanted to pull with used games... you just know that shit is in the freezer waiting to be pulled again.

MS had a great thing going with the 360, cheap, powerfull, easy to make games for, best online, best multiplats.

Xbone is the opposite of what made the Xbox and Xbox 360 great.

If Xbone turns it around Ill go back to it. But there really are no reasons to be on Xbone now and I really dont see them pulling Playstation 3 this gen, thats not MS style.

I dont have to play the Bone to know it has a paywall for Netflix, has useless NFL deal and kinect, worse multiplats and a 100 euro higher price tag. Not to mention its not out yet. Why would I get it? Its this gens PS3 but with no redeeming feautures (Blu Ray and free online) and little chance of fixing things. Also if the 360 is anything to go by there wont be any good MS support after the 3rd year.

I agreed with all this XBone stuff so I bought a PS4 and moved on with my life

The guys that worked on Sleeping dogs worked on Xbox one and another team worked on PS4. They had a 3 month window to port the game to the hardware and this is what we got. Regardless I'm gonna go pick up a PS4 copy today to play.

It's a mess :-\

So much jittery motion and audio problems it's not funny. The game really does look fantastic though, and it's impressive to see that level of detail on a console. I can only hope they fix some of the problems.

So much jittery motion and audio problems it's not funny. The game really does look fantastic though, and it's impressive to see that level of detail on a console. I can only hope they fix some of the problems.

I've not had any audio problems in mine, none that I've noticed anyway. I have seen the jittery motion though. Still yet, I didn't play this game last gen, so I'm happy about playing it now. I actually like it.

Too bad I have to return it to work in a couple days...

I did get a fun little glitch that occurred towards the beginning of the game, during the first "stealth" part when Lara is captured- I got seen seen and shot up with arrows, but instead of restarting from the checkpoint, Lara got back up and I was able to roam around, although the game kind of forced me to keep moving forward. The enemies were oblivious to me and I fell off a ledge, but Lara remained undead and while I could no longer control or even see her, the game continued on and let me move the camera around a bit. :lol Didn't happen again when I reloaded the checkpoint manually.

Kind of annoyed by the audio logs coming through both the tv and controller. If anything it should have only come through the controller if you turn on that functionality. Otherwise the game is fantastic and I do say it looks better in parts than its PC counterpart.

It's a good game, but not something that should sell consoles. The game was too short for my taste and is being rushed to release in response to there not being any games for the console.

And the Ps4 version has tressfx hair. You'll need at least a $2000 PC to run the game at a stable framerate with tressfx on.

X1 version is basically last gen version with only tressfx added. But it still trashes 98,5% of the PC's out there.

You probably need to pay at least twice as much to get a PC with comparable performance to a PS4. People have a tendency to pretend that case, PSU, memory, and OS are free when it comes to PC gaming.

Was I wrong, though? The Ps3 beat the X360 in all departments. X1 is too local(sales) and too weak(graphics) to make a comeback.

Considered platforming sequences have been thrown out in favor of cover based shooting and push A to win on rails everything is exploding sequences. Also didn't get 1000 thanks to asswipe multiplayer
