Yeah, I don't remember it ending either. I don't think I ever catched all the episodes either, so whatever. I was never a fan of scheduled entertainment.

Shame. I liked what I saw of it.

Clicked through some episodes on Youtube and it seems I missed a LOT. There's an episode where Goliath travels through time and fights Nazis during the Blitz in London. Huh.

it didn't get an ending and the third season is pretty much shit (they tried to retool it without the creator)

Hmm? I thought it did get an ending? The Goliath Chronicles were pretty bad, but the final episode ended with:

The Gargoyles being accepted by humanity (or at least New York)

I just realized that Broadway is Patrick on Spongebob.

Never seen it, and I don't dare watch it as I doubt the Xanatos Gambits can be anywhere near as cool as the TV Tropes entries make them sound

How bizarre. I was just thinking about this series a couple days ago, though I don't think I'd seen this mentioned anywhere. Specifically, I was wondering why the series hadn't yet been revived in some form or another. I bet this effort on YouTube is to drum up interest for something like that, no?

Recess is still king, though.

Uhh...I'm pretty sure you misspelled "Weekenders" there.

The creator was hoping the DVD release would get enough attention (read: make enough money) to get Disney interested, but it didn't work out well.  Even at the best of times, Disney is pretty shitty about this stuff (see: Kim Possible), so I wouldn't hope for anything here.  Disney allowing it to go up free is a tacit admission they don't think they can make a cent off this IP anymore.

Interesting. Aren't they also bringing back Kim Possible to broadcast?

I don't think so?  Heck, they didn't even put out season sets after the first two.  Disney kind of sucks in that they make awesome TV series but have no desire to properly support them.

This was the article I saw the other day:

Apparently it has been re-airing on weekdays on Disney XD since "early 2014" according to Wikipedia.

I guess there are heaps of petitions to bring it back. I didn't know XD was Disney's sub channel; I thought it hosted original content like that 9th Grad Ninja thing and Camp Whatchamacallit.
