there's no pilot in those screenshot so does that mean you play as the ghost of ryo hazuki as he tries to get revenge in his new forklift truck form?

It could be caused by a meteor like in Maximum Overdrive or Killdozer.

clearly they had to turn shenmue 3 into a zombie game to sell enough copies for shenmue 4
